Andrea Carletti ha così ripensato l’Ape Classic, creando progetti studiati nei minimi dettagli per dare vita a nuovi concetti di street food in movimento. Nel 2017 la società Street Food Mobile Srl festeggia i 10 anni di vita con il nuovo progetto di Sea Food Mobile anticipando i futuri trend per il consumo di cibo.

Street Food Mobile is born from the encounter of the experiences gained from arch. Andrea Carletti in the field of food design with the excellence of national and international food. Arch. Andrea Carletti has reconsidered the Ape Classic, creating projects designed in the smallest detail to create new conceptions of street food on the move. In 2017 Street Food Mobile celebrates 10 years of life with the new Sea Food Mobile project, anticipating future trends for food consumption.
