At the core of what we do, is family. Not only the collection of families that make up our founders, or the family we have created amongst our staff, but the family that is, Shell Beach California. By pairing seasoned East Coast Chef Jason Gable, with a team of local restaurant veterans, the goal is to bring both tavern classics you can count on, and an ever changing array of distinct originals. After revamping the historic building at 1527 Shell Beach Road, located in the heart of the Shell Beach strip, we have taken every effort to protect the buildings’ storied history while at the same time bringing a level of sophistication that has evolved along with the community.
