If you read food labels, this is for you. Our philosophy is to produce a complete solution for people who want or need to adopt a certain healthy lifestyle. In particular, we have removed gluten, refined sugar or fructose from our products.
We offer a range of products that are sold to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. We constructed a purpose built bakery and cooking school in Hahndorf to achieve the separation from wheat based products.
Our cooking school teaches people to produce amazing taste and flavour. We market books and soon videos online.
