Few years ago we found an old cookbook in a marketplace. After carefully going through its old script, we decided that every Sunday we would try out some new recipe. These wonderful vintage dishes were then refined and adjusted to our virtual and expeditious century lifestyle. And soon the idea was born - right in the middle of kitchen among pans and pots we decided to create a new spot of flavour in our beloved city Tukums.
