We will host Vegan Cookery Classes in a Country House in West Cork. There are options for groups but also one on one. We can help you shop, create and cook the most tasty and healthy meals for you and your family. We know how to raise healthy kids with a plantpowered lifestyle approach as we have four Teens.
Each lesson has a particular focus such as breakfasts, easy lunches, wholesome dinners, snacks and great desserts. There are also lessons on pastry, breads, soups, pizza, home made pasta, Sauces - dressings and salads, Smoothies and Juices plus what to eat as an athlete in training.
