At Pizza Shack we strive to bring you Neapolitan artisan pizza using classic and contemporary recipes. It is our ambition to provide an authentic Italian experience by taking our customers on an adventure through the flavorsome and sumptuous ingredients combined in our wood fired pizza oven, making us unique to Co. Wicklow.
We source the freshest and finest ingredients and prepare them daily by our fully accredited team of Pizzaiolis. We serve pizzas that are traditionally Neapolitan and Neopolitian inspired. Our dough is handmade using a perfected recipe and following the guidelines of Verace Pizza Napoletana.
At Pizza Shack we like to work in partnership with local businesses, allowing us to trace all our ingredients and products back to their source.
