Chef and owner Bruce Miller prepares fresh fish and other culinary delights made to order. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Miller offers everything from Yellowfin Tuna encrusted in black peppercorns, to mouth watering Chicken Francaise.
In the warmer months, our guests can enjoy the outdoor deck and Buoy Bar that overlooks the Housatonic River with live music on the weekends. In the colder months, patrons can cozy up inside at the main bar and dining room.
