O Sole Mio began a new year with a fresh new start by opening its doors at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Muscat. The launch was warmly received by the enormous fan base of the authentic and hugely popular Italian restaurant in the Sultanate.

Previously located in Shatti Al Qurum the restaurant has been a favourite with many residents and visitors to the country since its conceptualization in 1995.
The restaurant management took over the ground floor outlet at the hotel and the refurbishment efforts have resulted in a swanky new look that reflects the upscale outlet’s Italian roots. An all-new menu is filled with the promise of a ‘true Italian experience’ for fans of the cuisine. The listed gourmet food is a result of recipes mastered by Italian chefs and the utilisation of original Italian ingredients. The tantalising menu features the best of Italian flavours with soups, starters, pasta, main courses and desserts on offer. Some of the signature dishes on offer include Carpaccio di manzo con misticanza di stagione, Raviolo di mare in salsa di limone, Risotto mantecato funghi porcini, Pizza marinara and Torta di ricotta e noci.
O Sole Mio seats 60 persons at the maximum limit and is open between 12 pm to 3 pm and 6 pm to 12 daily. Table reservations can be made by contacting the restaurant on 24479869.

The restaurant management also announced the opening of Casa Di Bacco – a tastefully styled and Italian themed concept lounge bar with a seating capacity of 50 guests. The outlet is located adjacent to O Sole Mio on the ground floor of the Radisson Blu Hotel, Muscat.
