Eric was born into a food-obsessed family. But it was in the early 90, while serving in the Coast Guard, that he was introduced to smoked fish and meats from Alaskan locals.

Taking an interest in the traditional ways, Eric build their trust (there might have been some beers involved) and after time they taught him how to turn hours of smoke and slow cooking into most flavorful food anywhere.

Come enjoy Eric's house-made creations from pickles to sauces to ice cream.
