We believe that eating a plant based diet is one of the most effective ways to enhance our environment, our own health and to bring about a happier and harmonious world for all of us to embrace.
Namaste, {nah-mas-tay} translated, means " My soul honours your soul. I honour the place in you where the entire universe resides. I honour the light, love, truth, beauty & peace within you, because it is also within me. In sharing these things we are united, we are the same. We Are One.
There’s something about the universal recognition and the spiritual energy that accompanies the essence of Namaste that makes it a truly remarkable greeting. Just speaking the word Namaste– raises the vibrations of your intention. This same consciousness can be said for how we choose to nourish ourselves, whatever we put into our bodies carries its own vibration.
Raw foods or ‘living foods’ are foods in their whole from: unprocessed, fresh, and natural. They have not been refined, processed, heated over 44^C-48^C, denatured or altered in any way. Raw foods are as nature intended. By not cooking foods it ensures the beneficial living enzymes (biophotons) in the food remain intact, and they actually help your body digest food with more ease. Impressive advantages of raw food include, increased energy levels, clearer skin, balancing of emotions, enhanced concentration, better sleep patterns, improved digestion, weight loss and a reduction of other health related risks.
