I started Miss Oddette's BBQ Sauces and Catering in 2003 after a 20+ career in the Corrections field. Fourteen years later my sauce is available in selected locations and I continue my passion of cooking and serving others in Miss Oddette's Creole Kitchen located in the Arroyo Robles Tasting in the heart of Fabulous downtown Paso Robles. You may find me there on most Fridays serving appetizers and bites from 5pm to 8pm. I will also prepare Winemaker dinners and cook for special events ant the tasting room. As my family's origins are Louisiana, my food reflects the region authentically, sometimes with a California twist. Fried Chicken waffle bites are a regular selection with other tantalizing selection such as Black-eye Pea Dip, Mac and Cheese, Andouille Sliders, Smoked Pork Back Ribs to name a few. Come by have a glass of award winning Arroyo Robles Wine, listen to music, visit with friends and excite you taste buds with appetizers and bites loving prepared by me!
