Mad Max has always had a talent for cooking meats. Smoking is his preferred method and he is using his talent to compete in barbecue and pitsmoking competitions. He goes above and beyond with meats that are outside the regular pork barbecue box. He smokes everything from chicken legs to salmon to whole pigs.(coming soon!)
