La Piquería Mezcalería is the first and only true mezcalería in San Luis Potosí, located in one of the most stunning locations of the Centro Histórico, overlooking the Plaza de Aranzazú.
We offer only top-quality, 100% hand-crafted artisinal mezcal, sourced from all across Mexico. Here you will find up to 15 different varieties of mezcal as well as locally-sourced pulque - drunk by the ancient emperors of pre-hispanic Mexico - mezcal-based cocktails, beer and authentic Mexican cuisine.
La Piquería is also an open space where local and international visual and performing artists are welcome to share their art, ranging from musicians to dancers, poets, painters and sculpturs.
We aim to to be a space where patrons can experience and learn about Mexican culture, in particular the history and tradition of the miracle plant that is the agave more commonly known as "maguey".
