A friendly, family run hotel near Tikal

If you are visiting the Tikal and Flores area of Guatemala, we welcome you to our little piece of paradise, La Casa De Don David guesthouse/hotel in El Remate. Located closer to Tikal park than Flores, we are just 15 min. away from the entrance. A family owned and operated establishment, we offer a clean, modern and comfortable place to stay, with home cooked meals and lots of helpful information and services. Our 13 rooms have private bath, hot water, most have A/C and fan.

Prices based on double occupancy are $23 - $28 per person with one meal (breakfast, dinner or box lunch) included, as well as free WiFi, we also have one computer available near the reception desk for guest use. We try to offer the best and most accurate information and services to Tikal, Flores and other tours and activities in the Petén and Northern Guatemala area. We provide or can help you arrange transportation to/from Tikal, Flores, Belize, Guatemala City, Antigua, Chetumal and Palenque, Mexico. Other amenities available to guests are free bottled water and laundry service (additional charge).
