Хто ми такі? Ми – люди, які закохані в сир, в український продукт, завзяті ідеєю розвитку культури споживання та виробництва крафтового сироваріння в Україні. Ми – сирні фанати, які роками вивчають історію сироваріння у світі, технології виготовлення, особливості споживання й поєднання сирів з різнобарвними продуктами. Для нас сир – це не просто продукт, яким можна наїстися, для нас сир – це продукт, який має свою історію, свої звички, свої традиції…
