John James Jagger was born on the outskirts of the dusty old town, Prairie Hill, Texas on 31 December 1867 (The youngest son of 10 children). His passion for life and people together with his love for food inspired Jimmy to open his first diner in Texas back in 1897. His establishment soon became so well-known that people drove from miles away to taste and experience the great times to be had. Now also proudly in another part of the States, the Free State in the small and friendly town called Parys.
