OUR STORY
Fusions started in Curacao at Salina Galleries in 1992 under the franchise name of Green Mill, introducing American continental cuisine in a casual dining atmosphere. Since our opening the restaurant has developed into a thriving gathering place for both business and leisure. Satisfied customers and happy employees define our success; nonetheless it all starts with our menu. Green Mill transitioned into Fusions through increase demand for more diverse and international recipes. In 2002 Fusions launched its first menu, blendinginternational cuisine with classic recipes. We still offer our community hundreds of tastes and remain unique even today. As the name of the restaurant describes; exquisite menu selections deliciously fused from all around the world, to create a phenomenal FUSIONS.
