The menu of Flemish Flavoursis focused on traditional Belgian fare, presenting classics with imagination and refinement. Favorites such as a beef stew brewed with dark Leffe beer accompanied by hand-cut twice-cooked chips are sure to become a hit. Or a steaming bowl of mussels.
