The Lebanon, IL DQ has been a stopping point for many travelers on HWY 50, a favorite spot for McKendree University Students and the best treat stop for Lebanon residents through the years, but in 2008 We tore down the existing Dairy Queen, and built a brand new DQ Grill & Chill restaurant with a full dining room, drive thru and the expanded menu AND Orange Julius!!
What is Orange Julius? Orange Julius is a company named after its original product now called a Julius Original. It is an orange juice based drink that blended with other ingrediets creates a creamy, frothy, delicious drink. The Orange Julius menu includes Julius Originals and Premium Fruit Smoothies which, if you have ever had one you know, are a a straw ride to heaven on a raft of delicious yogurt and real fruit. The Orange Julius comany was purchased by International Dairy Queen in 1987 and previously had been packaged together only in mall locations called "treat centers" but now as DQ's across the country are upgrading to DQ Grill & Chill Locations, the amazing Orange Julius menu can be added to the expanded Grill & Chill menu and we have it!!
