El lugar ofrece algo diferente y saludable, haciendo de la comida vegana y vegetariana algo divertido, pensando siempre en el equilibrio con todo lo que nos rodea.
Parte de nuestra filosofía como empresa es minimizar el impacto ambiental reutilizando materiales, realizando compostas y demás acciones que generen el menor impacto a nuestro medio ambiente, así como el consumir todo lo necesario para nuestra empresa con trabajadores, agricultores, vendedores y artesanos locales de manera que se busca apoyar la economía local y hacer crecer a nuestra comunidad.
