Clay and Molly Parker take food and coffee very seriously. In fact, their lives revolve around it. Clay is a coffee trader who works closely with Rwandan coffee farmers and Molly is a registered Dietitian focused on creating health and delicious food options for the growing Rwandan food scene. Along with quality of product, they believe that the ambiance in which the product is shared is of equal importance. Be ready for some Sinatra and candlelight at least a couple of nights a week.
Long term Rwanda residents Dan and Frances Klinck are loving of adventures, animals and good coffee. You are likely to see them chasing their wild toddler Sol around the café and downing lattes like water. Owning a piece of this soulful café is a life dream realized. We can’t wait to meet you!
Nat and Helen Hollands love how food and coffee bring people together to create a welcoming space, and feel that Calafia is a home away from home. They live in Goma and work in international development. They love to meet fellow travellers, sharing stories and adventures, and are proud to become part of the Calafia community.
