Bruncheonette is the first brick and mortar restaurant for Couple of Chefs. Couple of Chefs started in 2011 as a full service catering company. In 2012, a gourmet food truck that parks around Spokane was opened. In the Fall of 2016, Couple of Chefs became restauranteurs with the opening of Bruncheonette!
