Brix Cider LLC is a startup cider company in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin. Our simple goal is to make the best cider you have ever tasted.
Our orchard started with a few hundred apple trees planted in 2014, and we've been planting more trees every year since. At the time of writing, we have over 70 varieties of cider apple trees, and we're experimenting to see which ones we like best. We started producing cider commercially in the fall of 2016, and we're looking to grow from here!
