We are a full-service, French bistro-inspired restaurant owned and operated by MACC Charities in Manchester, CT.

Bistro on Main serves French cuisine inspired by traditional techniques and reinvented with playful creativity. We source our ingredients responsibly through trusted partnerships with farmers, fishermen, and local artisans. The key part, though? Each contemporary dish is simply slow-crafted with our patrons in mind. That means responsible dining with a wholesome focus. We’re more than a restaurant, however.
