The Big Blue Q of Tahoe is North Lake Tahoe, Truckee and Reno's premier catering company offering an array of food to fit both your appetite and budget. We've created a new style of BBQ...."Sierra Style BBQ." Often times BBQ is over smoked and over seasoned. At the Big Blue Q, we feel that just the right amount of smoke and seasoning will enhance the flavor of the food, not mask it.
We serve not only BBQ, but several other types of foods as well. We've competed and won several awards including "Best Tri-Tip" "Best Ribs" and "People's Choice" Awards!
We cater to large large and small private events, public food events, non-profit fund raising events and also personal chef services.
