1999 – The Journey started in 1999, when El Haj Youssef Al Abdallah opened Alabdallah resto in Nabatiyeh, Zibdine.
- Our distinctive recipes and our homemade signature spicy sauce hit instant success, with people constantly waiting in line for their order.

2004 – Due high demand and to be able to satisfy everyone in a time efficient manner, Al Abdallah restaurant went from being a small place to a big restaurant in the same street.

2010 – After continuous success, competitors started to imitate not only our concept, but even our name.

2013 – Al abdallah big restaurant opened in Tyre with a terrace. Al abdallah brother’s made sure that with every step forward, the quality, service, and experience was perfected further.

2016 – Al Abdallah restaurant opened in Beirut
- Received our ISO certification.

2017 – Al abdallah restaurant will open in Chtoura.

In 1999, two young brothers from a small town in Nabatiye, Jnoub started a journey with their father and opened a small place specialized in chicken on charcoal grill, Al Abdallah. Following their father’s deep passion for food in making the tastiest creations in town and a determination to be the best, Al Abdallah gained instant popularity and loyal customers.

For 17 years Al Abdallah brothers have been serving superior quality chicken to everyone in the community.

Al Abdallah restaurant introduced the real taste of chicken on grill, and to sauce it up further the brothers created their own homemade signature spicy sauce.

With every step forward, Al Abdallah standards are always being reinvented and improved so customers are continuously satisfied. After further perfecting the concept the family decided to open a restaurant in Tyre, and since good news travels fast Al Abdallah immediately became one of Tyre’s most spoken and adored destinations.

Even though competition grew and tried to imitate the concept, No one could grill to hearty perfection, No one could provide such simple yet flavorful recipes, and no one can take you on a journey like Al Abdallah.

With continuous hard work and success Al Abdallah opened his third branch in Beirut, and it is the first “Chicken on charcoal grill” restaurants to receive an ISO certificate.

بدأ المشوار سنة 1999 في زبدين النبطية مع الحج يوسف العبدالله الذي بفضل خلطاته المتنوعة الخاصة وطريقة تحضيره للفروج وشويه على الفحم، تميز فروج العبدالله وأشتهر.

سنة 2004 بعد الشهرة الواسعة وإقبال الناس الكثيف تم توسيع فرعهم في زبدين لتلبية طلبات الناس الكثيرة التي تقصده من أماكن قريبة وبعيدة.

مع سنة 2010 بدأت اطراف كثيرة بتقليده من حيث طريقة التحضير وحتى بإستعمال اسم العبدالله لكسب شهرة على حساب الأصيل ولجذب زبائن سمعت وتذوقت فروج العبدالله.

بفضل جيل العبدالله الجديد تم سنة 2013 إفتتاح فرع جديد في صور فصار الإنتاج كبير والطلب أكبر وتطورت طريقة الخدمة لتلبية رغبات الزبائن.

ومع بداية 2016 كانت خطة العائلة فتح فروع جديدة في بيروت وباقي مناطق لبنان لذلك تم أفتتاح فرع كبير وحديث في بيروت وسيتم إفتتاحه فرع آخر مع بداية سنة 2017 في شتورة وربما في الشمال وكل لبنان في المستقبل.

فروج العبدالله نال رضى جميع طبقات المجتمع، فأصحاب الوضع العائلي المتواضع وجدوا في أسعاره المدروسة سبيلاً لتذوق أشهى فروج بأفضل الأسعار، كما أن الميسورين وجدوا في فروج العبدالله لقمة مميزة لم يجدوها في أفخم المطاعم فقصدوه لتذوق أشهى فروج مشوي على الفحم.

فروج العبدالله يتميز بأنه يربى على الأصول بمزارع العبدالله وبأحدث الطرق، ذبحه حلال وتحضيره وخلطاته كلها من مكونات بيتية خاصة، ثم يشوى على الفحم بأجود الطرق التقليدية، وكل هذا جعله يتربع على العرش لوحده ومَكّنَه من الحصول على ال ISO ويواصل تميزه وشهرته منذ 17 سنة حتى اليوم.
