Him a Red Seal Chef and experienced in places such as Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, her originally from Mexico City and with more than 12 years of hospitality background, now host and owners.

Being able to satisfy most, all of our dishes are made to order therefore, modifications and special request are always available.

European cuisine influenced by the former owner's Ted & Grace Popiel such as Schnitzel and Cabbage Rolls, western favourites with hand cut Alberta Beef and local produce as well as a touch of the Latin-American warmth, Popiel's Restaurant is a tradition for our locals and travellers fusing a combination of marbulous cooking and outstanding service and atmosphere.
