Pizza Carrello was founded in September of 2011, and sold it's first pizza in March of 2012. Since that time we've made over 50,000 pizzas and won the hearts of foodies all over our town. We love what we make and who we serve. Pizza Carrello began as a food cart that traveled all over Gillette. From the fall of 2013 through the summer of 2015, Pizza Carrello could be found inside Gillette Brewing Company. In October 2015, Pizza Carrello opened their flagship store at 400 W 2nd St. Pizza Carrello will begin selling breads and other artisan goods in November 2015.
