It was 1999 when we decided to bring to the U.S. the great tasting bread we enjoyed while living in Brazil. Even though it was naturally gluten free, we didn’t make a big deal about it until we got loads of mail from gluten-intolerant customers.

Okoboji View Golf Course was built and opened for play in 1962. The Schnell Brothers of Milford, Iowa purchased the course in 2005 and have worked tirelessly to transform the 18-hole layout into a memorable golfing experience for their customers. In the last few years, the golf course has gone through a major overhaul, incorporating a watershed that has added to its beauty as well as benefitting the water quality flowing into West Lake Okoboji.

We're Keith and Roxie Moriston. We have a concession stand and we park in Consumer's Lumber parking lot right on Hwy 71 across from Fareway in Spirit Lake. We will be there Friday and Saturdays from 10:30-6:00 every weekend. Our mission is to not only make great smoked food to serve our customers, but to build relationships with those customers to create friendships. We love talking to people and making their day better.
