The Ottoborgo family has been deeply immersed within the culinary arts for 3 generations with a business in the late 70's, Berthoud Falls Inn. The family then went on to open another restaurant in Dillon in 1988 aptly named Restaurante al Lago. The Ottoborgo family remained with Restaurante al Lago until 2000 where upon the business was leased to another group.
