Arusha’s started as a dream for Hatem Chouchane all the back in his hometown of Tunis, Tunisia. His first job was actually working in a coffee shop where he developed a passion for the trade and hoped to one day own his own shop. After traveling to Texas to study at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, Hatem continued to work in the service industry for 15 years, and once Heidenheimer Coffee Co. decided to sell, he jumped at the opportunity. After three months of repair and building upgrades, the Arusha’s journey began.
