Smoking meat has turned into an enjoyable hobby and we have decided to take it to the next level, with plans on purchasing a new concession trailer. When that happens, we'll start doing different local festivals and serving around the area. In the meantime, if you have any need for smoked meat, we would love the opportunity to impress you with our meats! All meats are delivered in foil pans with lids for easy reheating or warming, same for baked beans.
