From then creators of Santoku Japanese Restaurant in Accra we are proud to be launching The View Bar & Grill in Kumasi. Opening mid December 2013, The View offers Kumasi’s first design lead restaurant, bar and lounge, bringing excellent international cuisine together with cutting edge interior design and the very best service in the region.
FOOD
Our food is at the heart of The View Bar & Grill. British Head Chef, Danny Cornwell’s wealth of experience includes positions as Executive Chef of critically acclaimed Café Des Amis in Covent Garden, London, as well as Private Chef for the Rolling Stones and Elton John. His menu produces the perfect balance of British gastronomy and classic French Brasserie cuisine.
DESIGN
The design of The View Bar & Grill blends eclectic vintage and retro pieces with cutting edge contemporary interior design and lighting. Offering you a fresh, airy and comfortable environment to enjoy beautiful food, drinks, and music by day; at night the venue comes alive with cleverly placed and controlled lighting giving a sexy and sophisticated atmosphere.
DRINKS
The drinks menu brings together the best classic , premium and signature beverages. Classic cocktails made from only the best ingredients compliment the signature cocktails changed daily on the specials board. “Good, Great and Amazing” wines make the menu easy to navigate and give a small but well balanced global selection. The bar is stocked with the very best premium international spirits, as well as the best whisky and brandy selection in Kumasi.
MUSIC
If food is at the heart of The View then music is the soul. Feature nights of Jazz and Blues, Nu Soul and R&B, and Soulful House, add to our daily playlists of the very best vintage and new music. Whether relaxing to Aretha Franklin on a lazy Sunday lunch or tapping your toes to Mos Def on a pumping Friday night, The View will give the best eclectic range of feel good music in Kumasi.
