Family Run, we put the needs of our customers first, and pride ourselves on service, quality and product.

The Railway Inn

We are a 16th Century Coaching Inn. First established as a public house in 1850 named The Lamb, then in 1859 the Great Western Railway Company brought the pub and called it The Railway Hotel. Somewhere between 1955 and 1960 the pub was renamed The Foresters Arms and in 2013 the name changed back to The Railway Inn. We are now returning to our roots as a traditional public house, with established local connections and serving beer, food and service with the quality that time seems to have forgotten.
We are Camra registered and pride ourselves in the quality of the beer we serve.
Only five minutes walk from the West Somerset Railway Station at Williton, the longest preserved railway in the country, why don’t you come and visit us for a beer between your trains!
