Reservations for the Brasserie Restaurant accepted via email at reservations@brasseriecayman.com, phone on 945 1815 and http://www.OpenTable.com. No reservations are required for the Brasserie Market
A culinary fixture in George Town for over 20 years, the Brasserie restaurant has been a pioneer in embracing the very best of Cayman's local and organic produce.
Over the years, with the culinary marriage of Chef Dean Max and owners Clarence and Lisa Flowers, the Brasserie has continued from strength to strength, taking a modern and innovative approach to cuisine whilst maintaining an elegant, sophisticated atmosphere and authentic British colonial style charm.
We were also pleased to open our coffee shop and eatery the "Brasserie Market" in 2010, a more casual venue that shares the Brasserie's emphasis on superior quality and freshness.
We pride ourselves on our:
* On-site organic garden,
* State of the art exhibition kitchen,
* Walk-in temperature controlled wine room with over 300 selections
* Dedicated fishing boats "The Brasserie Catch I & II".
But don't take our word for it, please visit us and enjoy one of the Cayman Island's hidden gems. You can find us in Cricket Square, located in Cricket Square, George Town.
