The Boar's Nest is a southern barbecue restaurant in the Seattle neighborhood Ballard. It was started up by two friends, Gabe Gagliardi from Tennessee, and Mike Dahm, a recent transplant from Atlanta. Both Gabe and Mike love Seattle but while living here soon came to the realization that this town is short on real barbecue.
