At Tadah! we love the East Mediterranean food we grew up on. The problem is our grandmothers don’t ship nationwide. So we’ve taken authentic recipes from the motherland and given them a fresh new taste and look. Some people call our food Mediterranean Fusion Cuisine, which sounds cool to us, but we just like to think of it as an extension of who we are: old school roots with new school flavor and plenty of soul. Speaking of soul we’ve partnered with some awesome D.C. area NGO’s. In fact it’s built into our business model; because that’s how we roll. This way when you Eat Good you’ll Do Good. Your mom would be proud.
