Owner Dan Mueller and his Brother in law Chef Moe work hard daily to provide the BEST meat and food possible. They have created many other foods with the BBQ meats as well. Brick oven pizza, salad, nachos, tacos, and pasta all have authentic smoked BBQ meats. Ribs are another specialty. They fall off the bone.
This is not your ordinary restaurant in this area where everything is frozen and thrown in a deep fryer. Yes, they have fries and cheese curds that are BUT the MEAT is the main event here. They hand select only the best meats from the best suppliers and choose LOCAL suppliers as much as possible. Everything including the wood used in the smoker is a detail they have attended to so the meat has that authentic smoked flavor. It is this attention to detail that makes the food so wonderful.
As if all of that weren't enough to make anyone want to eat at Stolen Brothers BBQ the staff tries VERY hard to be attentive as well. This is a family restaurant with a family atmosphere. Not only for customers but most of the staff as well are related or close friends. Staff takes everything personally because it is personal to them. Owner Dan is on sight, hands on most of the hours the restaurant is open and Chef Moe is not only there most hours but training the younger generation of family and friends how to create his wonderful food.
