We work with fresh and cool spanish meats. We use pork meat from the Pata negra breed ( black iberian pigs from the Iberico breed ) who grew up free and were feeded acorns, beef meat from the Black Angus breed and other elite animal breeds. All the meats are cooked on a charcoal barbecue.
Nosotros trabajamos con carne española fresca y enfriada. Usamos carne de cerdo de la raza Pata negra ( los cerdos negros ibericos de la raza Iberico ) que han crecido libres y alimentados de bellotas, carne de ternera de la raza Angus Negro y otros animales de raza elite. Todas las carnes estan preparadas en barbacoa de carbon.
