Rebop Farm

A small, diversified farm offering raw milk and a meat CSA.

Rebop Farm is Ashlyn & Abraham, and our dear animal friends and co-workers:

-Rebop, our farm's first cow, a Jersey-Guernsey cross born by Rhubarb at Farm & Wilderness Camp;
-Nellie B, a Jersey;
-Juni, a Guernsey;
-Saint Monday, a Jersey-Holstein cross;
-a flock of Katahdin ewes and their lambs;
-an ever-growing fluffle of rabbits,
-and seasonally rotated passels of pigs, cohorts of chickens, and flocks of heritage breed turkeys.

We produce and sell raw cow's milk and pastured pork, lamb, veal, rabbit, chicken, & turkey on our small, diversified farm.
Our animals are very limited in quantity and only available by the whole or half animal, or through our meat CSA.

We also offer a variety of hands-on workshops on topics ranging from cheese making, beekeeping, animal slaughter & butchery, charcuterie & dry cured meat, to animal care & pasture management.
