Potato Brothers began as a desire to offer the Red River Valley more value from their local Food Trailer. We believe in doing things the right way, the responsible way. All of our disposable products are made from sustainable sources including corn based portion cups, sugarcane serving bowls, forks and spoons made from bamboo or 100% post consumer recycled napkins. We feel that focusing on renewable resources adds value to our concept and to our community.
We also provide completely from scratch menu items focusing on quality, local ingredients from farms in your communities. Our menu items are made with care and love, the right way, and we hope the flavors in our food will reflect that.
