Naš cilj je ukloniti granice koje se kontinuirano nameću u kuhinji i međimursku kuhinju prikazati u konceptualnom modernom svjetlu.

TOMORROW the mission is to demonstrate the excellence of modern cuisine and some basis in traditional Međimurje dishes that are transformed for all tastes.
Our goal is to break the boundaries that we are confronted with in the kitchen and present traditional cuisine in a modern conceptual light that emphasizes flavors.
Executive Chef Marko Palfi has filled his team with the passion and energy to «create» great food with simple clean flavors derived from new techniques. We believe in what we say. Mundoaka is - Food with heart and soul!
