Mountain Head Pizza is a casual, counter service pizzeria in La Veta, Colorado. Our dough is made from scratch, daily, and in-house using the highest quality flour. We also make our dough the old-fashioned way using a natural fermentation process over 18-24 hours. We serve unique Neapolitan, cast-iron style pies that are baked in about 12 minutes. Guests may choose one of our Signature Pies or Create Their Own. House made Salads and Desserts are also available.
