Estate grown and estate made premium Hunter Valley wines - our wines are contemporary, our wine making progressive.

Margan Restaurant- Our menu is influenced by the flavours and traditions of the European inspired to which we have added our own contemporary spin. We source produce locally and from our own one acre Margan Kitchen Garden.

The Margan fine dining restaurant is open Friday, Saturday & Sunday for lunch and for dinner Thursday - Saturday. Margan Restaurant is also open public holiday Mondays, however bookings are essential as opening hours may vary.
