Waterfalls, wine tasting, and breathtaking lake views. The Inn at Taughannock is the perfect Finger Lakes experience.
Our restaurant is now closed for the season. We do have several special events through the Winter, though. Please refer to the Events Tab.
The Inn was built in 1873 as the Summer home of John Jones, a Philadelphia wallpaper magnate and horse enthusiast. The estate was over 650, comprising what is now Taughannock Falls State Park. The current property is over 11 acres, overlooking Cayuga Lake, with 28 guest rooms and a World Class restaurant, all surrounded by park land.
Come see the tallest waterfall this side of the Rockies. It's right next door. Hiking trails abound, whether your goal is a physical challenge or a romantic stroll.
We are located 8 miles up Route 89 from Ithaca, New York, the gateway to the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail.
