Resort guests and morning beach-walkers are drawn to the beautiful view on the deck and enjoy breakfasts including cinnamon raisin French toast or huevos rancheros with fresh black bean salsa on a lightly seasoned tortilla. A dinner favorite is the fresh grouper - lightly spiced and pan seared, served with a tequila sauced veggie salsa with charred onions, black beans, corn, carrots and red and green peppers. For another seafood choice, try the exquisite lightly sauteed shrimp with delicious pesto cream over penne pasta. For the gourmet palate, try the filet mignon grilled with a fragrant red wine mushroom sauce. Also ask your server about the Catch of the Day.
