Situated just minutes from downtown Greenville, right off 385 is a place were countless musicians and fans have come to enjoy live music for over 15 years! Gottrocks has become a true music lovers destination.
Chuck Floyd opened this legendary watering hole 2000 with a vision to bring quality music and fare to the upstate. Over the many years Gottrocks has continued to be a great music venue bringing acts such as... Larry Keel and Natural Bridge, The Hackensaw Boys, Sol Driven train, Bonerama, Tony Rice, Vassar Clements, Peter Rowan, John Cowan, Derek Trucks, Merl Saunders, Donna Jean and the Tricksters, New Riders of the Purple Sage, Karl Denson's Tiny Universe, Toubab Krewe, Dubconscious, The Work, Steep Canyon Rangers, Oteil and the Peacemakers, Josh Phillips Folks Festival, Lionz of Zion, TJ Lazer, JoJo Taterhead Revival, Pigeons Playing Ping-Pong, The Malah, Blueground Undergrass, Four 14, The Drew Emmett Band, The Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Rev. In the spring of 2014, Gottrocks acquired the property and much needed up fits were made to the venue. Gottrocks will always have an intimate atmosphere, but things have been done to make you feel as if your were in a music hall!
