FRED'S BAR is named after my granny the late Mrs.Frederica Osbourne she was one of many more than 18 yrs ago what was know as the old oistins fish fry.

Looking for some fresh good old Bajan cooking after a long day of work or touring our beautiful island.
Come on down to Fred's Bar where the food is great.
We are located across from KFC.

Table settings and tablecloths, a home away from home no plastic plates, forks or knives only if you are taking away.

You can have a variety of fish
Mahi-Mahi, King Fish, Blue Marlin ,Sword Fish Flying Fish all fresh fish,and anyone could be the catch of the day which is marinated and served to you fried or grilled but we are famous for our
Pan Seared fish with Vegetables.

A lot of people ask what Pan Seared is. Pan Seared is a special butter we use and we add our local vegetables such as onions, carrots, broccoli, beans, sweet peppers ,pumpkins etc. basically any local veg we could find.
You can have this any other night than on a Friday nights.

Monday nights are our Split peas and rice and Curry Chicken.

On Tuesdays and Thursday from 6 pm and Saturdays from 11:am there is Pudding N' Souse.

PUDDING :-Is raw sweet potato that we grater add sugar,spices and oil and cook it slow on the stove on a low heat

SOUSE:-is different cuts of raw pork meat that we boil by flavoring the pot and cook the cuts of meat until soft

PICKLE :-cucumber,onion,parsley,celery,hot pepper,salt and lime all mixed together and severed over the pudding and the souse with a little breadfruit or sweet potato on the side .

Thursday nights there is our famous Jerk pork and white rice.

Fridays you can have
Vegetable Rice
Macaroni Pie,
Fry Pork Chops
Fry Chicken
Grilled or Fry Fish
Fried Breadfruit and Sweet Plantain.
Chips or Wedges
Toss Salad, Coleslaw and Macaroni Salad

Oh on Sundays now is a wider variety.
You can get
Green Peas and Rice,
Macaroni Pie,
Curry Goat,
Sweet Potato Pie,
Bake Pork Chops, Bake Lamb Chops,
Bake Chicken,
Steam Vegetables,
Pan Seared fish / Fry Fish or Grill fish
with a Garden Salad,
Fried Breadfruit and Sweet Plantain.

I guess that is our full menu so I hoping so see you soon.
