At Folie Douce, we believe great meals are made from locally-sourced ingredients, and since 1991, we’ve breathed life into our farm-to-table philosophy by cooking with organic and local produce. This means fresh seafood, meats, and vegetables are delivered to our restaurant daily by local farmers and are transformed into beautiful and delicious entrées that same day. From grilled oysters and brandy-seared steak to wood-fired pizzas and duck breast, our seasonal menu is sure to leave a tasty impression on the evening.
