The vision for our restaurant is to offer fresh food with some gluten free, organic, and vegetarian options balanced with traditional, homestyle favorites that are fresh, and healthier but aren't lacking in taste. The plan is to work towards a farm to table approach, but we will start out by obtaining what produce we can from local farmers. Seasonal items and daily specials will be offered, and there will also be a small section in the restaurant where local honey, jelly, and other market items from local vendors will be available for purchase.
